Protection of the personal data
LYRA implements a treatment of personal data about you and about your patients whose purpose is the achievement of service delivery, management of customer account and commercial relationship especially for contracting, monitoring and the history of customer orders. This treatment is based on the execution of the contract, your consent, the consent of your patients and the legitimate interest of LYRA. The legitimate interest of LYRA consists in the need to provide services to customers. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent won't question the legality of collection and preservation of your data prior to this withdrawal. You agree to obtain the consent of your patients in the use of our services and that they have a right to withdraw their consent at any time. The data collected are necessary for this treatment and are intended for the services concerned of LYRA and its potential subcontractors and providers. Data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship increased by the duration of the legal requirements. In accordance with article 15 and following of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you and your patients have a right of access, update or delete, of limitation of treatment of the data, a right of opposition, a right of data portability as well as a right of set guidelines for the fate of the data after your death or the death of your patients. You and your patients can also withdraw their consent at any time and make a claim to an authority. Please note that if you or your patients exercise your rights listed above, we will however keep some of your personal information and your requests to ensure the effective exercise of your rights.
